当今世界,能源是经济发展的物质基础, 也是经济社会科学、可持续发展的重要制约因素。根据节能减排的要求,结合现代的能源浪费情况,空调在千家万户的应用,室外机排出高于大气温度的空气,为了把空调排出的热空气的余热加以利用,而结合家庭生活用水等方方面面的考虑,可设计一个换热器来利用这部分的热量,从而达到在节省电能的同时能用到热水(一般的日常家用洗漱用水),最终达到节能的目的。% W6 _* u4 f: i1 Z
换热器是实现化工生产过程中热量交换和传递不可缺少的设备。设计一个换热器要从结构和能源的利用率等方面来考虑,本设计考虑了三种不同的方案,对不同材料的换热器设计方案进行比较,选择合理的换热器;从换热器安装方便和换热器的造价合理(经济合理)的考虑换热器的设计。设计一个系统,考虑不同的季节和蓄水池的容量等方面设计,对不同的方案进行比较其的合理性。设计换热器和水循环系统,对此系统和换热器的可行性和经济性等方面的进行分析。' D4 z1 K0 _) c/ y2 \7 ^' `% b
通过不同的方案之间的比较,选定蛇形管换热器为系统的主要换热设备,该种蛇形管换热器换热效率比较高,结构简单,造价便宜等优点。通过夏天人对热水温度的要求和不同材料的换热器之间的经济性比较;铝合金换热器符合要求,由于其质量轻,造价比较低,便于安装。夏天天气比较热,空调常开,设计一种空调—热水器联产的系统,根据每户一月用一吨热水计算,系统可以一个月可以节省40度左右的电,对于人口大国的我国,那节省的电能和减排的热能就可想而知。

ABSTRACT
In today's world, energy is the material basis for economic development, but also economic and social science, sustainable development constraints.
