PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead the design of the electrical and electronic control circuits of the Heatcraft products manufactured at Wuxi. Designs must comply with all relevant regulatory Standards. 9 i' r, M7 Q, R! e3 Q3 I

1. Development and improvement of the necessary electrical wiring diagrams and material BOMs.

2. To assist with refrigeration system design and to ensure the safety and integrity of all Heatcraft products’ control system. ' p r! P [( l7 S

3. Prepare material specifications and part drawings where required for purchased electrical components.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Should have a Degree in Refrigeration or Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years experience as a design Engineer in a Manufacturing environment. 2 C% z+ ~3 \ d# }; V7 g" M

2. PLC programming skill and experience are a plus.

3. Possess knowledge of relevant Chinese Electrical Standards and have a working knowledge of International; CE and UL Standards are a plus. - M: I' S, ?8 P: ?/ t

1. Responsible for component selection, capacity calculation, PID drawings preparation of customized compressor rack products. 8 e/ M6 N7 ^5 t9 ^( @$ j

2. To assist in BOM generation of compressor rack products.

3. Responsible for new product (condensing unit, evaporator, condenser) drawings, BOMs and specifications.

4. Ensure all designs comply with relevant Chinese GB Standards and International Standards where applicable. e.g.: pressure vessels & pressure piping.

5. Conduct design, capacity calculation and circuiting layout to suit various refrigerants and operating conditions for heat transfer products such as evaporators and condensers.

6. Advise or support sales function on key account or key project engineering issues. ( u% D9 [3 H i$ F- d6 }
